In my nearly 7 years as a UX/UI Designer and Engineer at Swanson Russell, I've worked on over 50 clients spanning the Outdoor Recreation, Healthcare, Green and Construction sectors, along with plenty of local and otherwise miscellaneous projects along the way. Some of my responsibilities include:
- User testing (qualitative and quantitative)
- Defining user flow
- Wireframing / prototyping
- Complete design and front-end coding of a full-scale corporate website, microsite and/or landing page
- Concepting, designing, coding and animating digital ads
- Presenting my work to different disciplines and clients alike
- Working alongside content strategists and developers to ensure alignment on the goals of the project
- Leading departmental efforts on ADA compliance and front-end performance optimization
Bowlapalooza
Design / Code
Swanson Russell's annual company party, Bowlapalooza, gets a new theme and accompanying website every year. With this year's theme an intergalactic endeavor, we saw a perfect opportunity to incorporate some dimensionality into the project using THREE.js. And, to streamline the process, users were individually informed of their team affiliation ahead of visiting the website.
Cushman
Code
Cushman, a division of Textron vehicles, had seen its Textron sibling E-Z-GO undergo a massive redesign (also completed by Swanson Russell). They decided to get in on the action with a redesign of their own, largely using a similar structure to the new E-Z-GO site. I worked alongside a Digital Designer to bring their vision to production. There are several complex features on the site, including:
- A step-by-step Buyer's Guide to find a vehicle that suits the users needs perfectly
- A builder allowing the user to customize their own vehicle
- The ability to quickly find a dealer or sales rep

I've worked on hundreds of digital ads throughout my time at Swanson Russell. This work will typically include everything from concepting to production and animation of the many digital ad sizes that often accompany campaign work.
